From an order value of CHF 100, we deliver free of shipping costs to your door. For orders up to an order value of CHF 100, the shipping fee is CHF 20. To ensure that your package arrives reliably and safely, we work with UPS for the majority of packages.
NOTE: If it is necessary due to the size or weight of the package, your order will be delivered by freight forwarder "free curb". In this case, the carrier will contact you regarding the delivery date. "Free curbside" means that the goods will be unloaded from the truck only. All other shipping routes (e.g. to your home) will be negotiated and determined by the carrier, or must be agreed with the carrier in advance. This may result in additional costs.
